Due to the transfer of domain records from Symantec to Digicert, some of the inbound support emails will have downtime on Thursday September 20th from 3 PM PST. This includes technical support ( e.g. email@example.com) and authentication support emails ( e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org).
This is expected to be around 4 hours. In extreme cases global propagation of DNS records could take up to a maximum of 24 hours.
During this downtime you will not be able to send emails to the above support emails.
