I get the error message, "Your digital ID name cannot be found by the underlying security system."

Solution

This message means that you can access your Outlook QuoVadis SuisseID.
Please check that your QuoVadis SuisseID is properly installed.

This message appears when Outlook is unable to see your certificate that it needs to digitally sign the email. Make sure that Outlook is configured properly to use the certificate and that your SuisseID card is properly inserted.
