You have ordered a Secure E-mail certificate for QuoVadis SuisseID. You have received an E-Mail notification from our system to retrieve the certificate.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1
- Open the second link in the notification
Step 2
- Please enter in the E-Mail address you provided during the order process
- Enter in your password and click the Login button
Step 3
- After you login successfully, choose Download Your Certificate and store it in a safe place on your computer
You will receive QuoVadis after completing this process a Secure email certificate.
Save the certificate (P12 file extension) for long-term archiving in a safe place (such as external media like DVD or USB token). Keep them separated from the certificate password. QuoVadis does not archive the certificate and cannot recover it for you.
If you lose this certificate all encrypted information will be permanently lost and you will not be able to decrypt any data or encrypted e-mails that were encrypted using this certificate.
Please also note that even after the certificate expires (3 years), the certificate must be kept so that you can continue to decrypt any data or encrypted emails that were encrypted using this certificate.
