Solution
This tutorial assumes that you have both the QuoVadis Root CA 2, the QuoVadis Global SSL ICA G2 and your SSL Certificate in your possession.
Note: These files will need to be in PEM (or base64 encoded) format.
- Open "Oracle Wallet Manager."
- From the Menu, select "Operations."
- Click on "Import Trusted Certificate."
A window will appear named "Import Trusted Certificate."
- Select the "Paste the Certificate" radio button option. Click on "OK."
The "Import Trusted Certificate" window appears that says, "Please provide a base64 format certificate and paste it below."
- Open the QuoVadis Root CA 2 file in notepad. Select all (Ctrl+A) the contents of the notepad file and copy them (Ctrl+C) to your clipboard.
- Back in the "Import Trusted Certificate" window, paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of the certificate file in notepad into the field and click on "OK."
A message will appear that will confirm the successful installation of the file.
- Go back into "Operations" in the "Oracle Wallet Manager" menu.
- Click on "Import Trusted Certificate."
- Select the "Paste the Certificate" radio button option. Click on "OK."

- Open the QuoVadis Global SSL ICA G2 file in notepad. Select all (Ctrl+A) the contents of the notepad file and copy them (Ctrl+C) to your clipboard.
- Back in the "Import Trusted Certificate" window, paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of the certificate file in notepad into the field and click on "OK."
A message will appear that will confirm the successful installation of the file.
- Go back into "Operations" in the "Oracle Wallet Manager" menu.
- Click on "Import User Certificate."
A window will appear named "Import Certificate."
- Select the "Paste the Certificate" radio button option. Click on "OK."
The "Import Trusted Certificate" window appears.
- Open your certificate file received from QuoVadis in notepad. Select all (Ctrl+A) the contents of the notepad file and copy them (Ctrl+C) to your clipboard.
- Back in the "Import Trusted Certificate" window, paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of the certificate file in notepad into the field and click on "OK."
A message will appear that will confirm the successful installation of the file.
- Save the changes you have just made to your Oracle Wallet.
