Submitting Your CSR

When applying for an SSL certificate, you will receive an email invitation to become an SSL Subscriber allowing you to set a password associated with your email address.  Once you have done this, you can follow the steps below to submit your CSR for approval by QuoVadis.

1. Go to https://tl.quovadisglobal.com.


2. Click on the SSL Subscribers button.


3. Login with your email and password.


4. Click on the Request Certificate link under the Subscriber Services heading on the left-hand menu.


5. Select the approved Organisation for which you would like to submit an SSL certificate from the drop down list.


6. Select the Policy Template that you would like to use from the drop down list that appears.
   Note: If you do not have any policy templates to choose from, please contact QuoVadis Support who will be happy to assist.


7. Select the Validity Period of the certificate from the check boxes available.


8. You can optionally select the Server Platform from the drop down list available.


9. In the Enter your Certificate Signing Request field, enter in all of the contents of your CSR, including the BEGIN and END lines.


10. Click on the Submit button.


11. The CSR that you submitted will be decoded and shown in the Validate CSR Content screen.  Verify the content of your CSR and make any changes you wish.


12. If your certificate requires any SAN fields, you can enter them into the Subject Alt DNS Name fields in the Certificate Content.

13. When you are finished and satisfied, click on the Submit button.

Your Administrator (may be QuoVadis or someone from your Enterprise) will review the details of your certificate and contact you if anything appears incorrect.
You certificate will then be approved.

Obtaining Your Certificate

Once the request has been approved, you will receive an email informing you that your certificate is ready to download.

1. Go to https://tl.quovadisglobal.com.


2. Click on the SSL Subscribers button


3. Login with your email and password


4. Click on the My Certificates link under the Subscriber Services heading on the left-hand menu.


5. Click on the Common Name of the certificate that you applied for.


6. In the new page, you will see a summary of the certificate details.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Download button.


7. On the Download your SSL Certificate page, click on either certificate icon to obtain your certificate in PEM (Base 64) format or another format of your choosing.
