In renewal search results, clicking Renew Now or Order ID goes to the Order Information page. After selecting Renew Order, an error message is received: We are currently unable to fulfill your request.
This error normally means that the contract has expired in this Partner Account
A contract update is required from the Partner Center to proceed with renewal of the certificate.
Please login to Partner Center, and follow the instructions below:
