Partner Renewal Error - We are currently unable to fulfill your request

In renewal search results, clicking Renew Now or Order ID goes to the Order Information page. After selecting Renew Order, an error message is received:  We are currently unable to fulfill your request.

This error normally means that the contract has expired in this Partner Account

Solution

A contract update is required from the Partner Center to proceed with renewal of the certificate.

Please login to Partner Center, and follow the instructions below:

  1. Establish New Contract
  2. Select contract type, in most cases a new Pay-As-You-Go contract, enter credit card information and Submit. Other contract types, such as Bulk or Ongoing will require approval from Sales representative before contract activation.
  3. Go back to Renewal and re-attempt enrollment

If renewal attempt still fails, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
