Solution

Symantec, Thawte, and GeoTrust Partners enrolled in the Partner Center/GeoCenter have the option to customize their e-mails:

To customize e-mails from Partner Center/GeoCenter:

  1. Login to your Partner account
  2. From the left hand Navigation Pane, select Customize E-mails
  3. All customizable e-mails will be listed by Product and e-mail type.
    • Use the radio buttons to Enable/Disable e-mail notices
    • Click View/Edit button to edit the content of the e-mail.
      • Click Send Test E-mail to view an e-mail sample of changes.
      • Click Update to save and apply your changes.
  4. Message will appear to confirm changes *** Message updated successfully ***

Please contact Customer Support for any changes to the Message Header portion of the e-mail.

Important Note:  Any customizations to e-mail templates should be periodically checked against the default content to prevent your customers from receiving outdated information.
