Fulfillment email has been disabled. Re-enable and try again.

Problem

After accessing the Partner client's user portal, clicking on the "Re-send Fulfillment Email" button a warning appears:

Fulfillment email has been disabled. Re-enable and try again.

Cause

The Partner Account from which the client's SSL certificate was requested from had the Fulfillment email option disabled.

Solution

To resolve this issue the Partner account administrator will need to enable this option in the account. The steps below enabled/disables that option:

  1. Log into the Partner Portal: https://products.geotrust.com/geocenter/reseller/logon.do
  2. Select Emails under Customize, from the left hand menu item.

     
  3. Scroll down to the product type (e.g. True Business ID) for which the option needs to be enabled for.
  4. Select Enable, under the Delivery column, To the right of the Fulfillment email.



Fulfillment emails can now be sent by the end client from the User Portal: SO16116
