Problem

Did not receive approval email
Did not receive password email
Did not receive receipt email
Email blocked

Cause

This issue will occur if the customer has SPAM settings on the inbound email server. The Pick-up Pin e-mail header information originates from a source other than that listed on the sent email. This change in the header can flag SPAM filters and other monitoring software to block the delivery of the Pick-Up Pin e-mail.

Solution

If you have not received your Class 1 Digital ID approval, password or receipt email. Please contact Symantec Class 1 Digital ID Support so they can send the e-mail to you manually.  E-mail support at id-queries@symantec.com Include the following information as it appears on the certificate request.

  • First and last name
  • E-mail Address
  • Which email that you have not received
