How to Edit Account Information

This tutorial will guide you through the process of changing company information in the Constellix Management Console. 


Prerequisites

  • You are the domain’s administrator


How to Edit Company Account Information in the Constellix Management Console

1. Navigate to Manage Account

Once logged in to the User Management portal, choose the option for Manage Account from the left-hand sidebar or from the Quick Links menu on the Dashboard page.


2. Edit Account Information

Enter the updated information in the appropriate fields, such as the company name, address, or EIN/VAT ID.


3. Submit Changes

Click on the blue Submit button at the bottom left of the screen to save changes.

Note: The submit button will be grayed out until a change has been made in any of the account information fields.
