How to add shifts to a group in Sonar

Shifts allow administrators to specify notification windows or “on duty” time frames for groups set up in Sonar.
 

1. Select Schedule
Select the Schedule tab under the Contact tab.
 


2. Click Configure
Click on the configure button to set the notification schedule for each group and shift. 
 


3. Enter/Select Schedule Information
Enter scheduled “on duty” times for this group. Multiple days and times can be added.
 


4. Select Group
Next, click on the groups tab under contacts. 
 


5. Select Managed Schedules
 


6. Select Shift
Select which shift you would like the group to be part of.
 


7. Confirm
