DigiCert PKI Platform 7x – End-user and Administrator Pre-requisites

Description

Below pre-requisites are applicable to Managed PKI v7.5.3:

Administrator pre-requisites to access the Control Center portal:

For Internet Explorer 11:

  1. Make sure onsite domain is listed under Trusted Zone List
    1. Select ‘Internet Options’ from ‘Tools’ menu
    2. Click on ‘Security’ tab
    3. Select ‘Trusted Sites’ and Click on ‘Sites’ button
    4. Add your onsite domain to the zone
  2. Make sure onsite domain is listed under Compatibility Mode
    1. Select ‘Compatibility View Settings’ from ‘Tools’ menu
    2. Add onsite domain to compatibility view list
  3. Make sure the Private Root CA from which your Administrator certificate chains up to, is installed under Trusted Root List
    1. Select ‘Internet Options’ from ‘Tools’ menu
    2. Click on ‘Content’ tab
    3. Click on ‘Certificates’ button
    4. Click on ‘Trusted Root Certification Authorities’ tab
    5. Import the Private Root CA for Administrator certificate
     

For FireFox:

Make sure ‘Remember History’ option is set under History

  1.  Select ‘Options’ under ‘Tools’ menu
  2. Go to ‘History’ configuration under ‘Privacy and Security
  3. Make sure ‘Remember History’ option is set

 

For eToken:

Make sure SAC 10.7 SafeNet Authentication Client (SAC) is installed on your client machine

End-user pre-requisites
