Administrator pre-requisites to access the Control Center portal:
For Internet Explorer 11:
- Make sure onsite domain is listed under Trusted Zone List
- Select ‘Internet Options’ from ‘Tools’ menu
- Click on ‘Security’ tab
- Select ‘Trusted Sites’ and Click on ‘Sites’ button
- Add your onsite domain to the zone
- Make sure onsite domain is listed under Compatibility Mode
- Select ‘Compatibility View Settings’ from ‘Tools’ menu
- Add onsite domain to compatibility view list
- Make sure the Private Root CA from which your Administrator certificate chains up to, is installed under Trusted Root List
- Select ‘Internet Options’ from ‘Tools’ menu
- Click on ‘Content’ tab
- Click on ‘Certificates’ button
- Click on ‘Trusted Root Certification Authorities’ tab
- Import the Private Root CA for Administrator certificate
For FireFox:
Make sure ‘Remember History’ option is set under History
- Select ‘Options’ under ‘Tools’ menu
- Go to ‘History’ configuration under ‘Privacy and Security’
- Make sure ‘Remember History’ option is set
For eToken:
Make sure SAC 10.7 SafeNet Authentication Client (SAC) is installed on your client machine
