Solution

The DigiCert PKI Client manages certificate installation and renewal for end users, including facilitating the export and import of PKI Administrator certificates.

The latest version of the DigiCert PKI Client can be downloaded from the Resources section in the PKI Manager console. For users without access to PKI Manager, the PKI Client can be downloaded in .zip format, attached below. The zipped folder contains documentation in PDF format, as well as the installation packages themselves (select the .exe file for Windows, and the .pkg file for MacOS).

Note: To perform certificate installations in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox using the DigiCert PKI Client, the relevant DigiCert PKI Authentication Client extension needs to be enabled in the browser, in addition to having the DigiCert PKI Client application installed.
