How do I change the contact information on a DigiCert PKI Platform account?

  1. Send an email requesting to update the contact to: pki-authentication@digicert.com 

    The email should specify:

    1. PKI account details
    2. Which contact needs to be updated (eg. Organizational Contact, Technical Contact, etc)
    3. Reason for the contact change
    4. New contact’s first and last name, job title, telephone number and email address of the new contact

  2. The PKI team will receive the email and call the enrolling Organization to confirm the new contact works for the Organization.
  3. If this call is successful, the PKI team will update the contact on the account.
