How do I change the contact information on a DigiCert PKI Platform account?
- Send an email requesting to update the contact to: email@example.com
The email should specify:
- PKI account details
- Which contact needs to be updated (eg. Organizational Contact, Technical Contact, etc)
- Reason for the contact change
- New contact’s first and last name, job title, telephone number and email address of the new contact
- The PKI team will receive the email and call the enrolling Organization to confirm the new contact works for the Organization.
- If this call is successful, the PKI team will update the contact on the account.
