How to replace a Managed PKI for SSL administrator ID

Solution ID : SO6607

Solutions

Replace your administrator ID for any of the following reasons:

  • The private key password is compromised, lost or forgotten
  • The private key is corrupted and unrecoverable
  • Any other reason that does not constitute a compromise to the ID.

A replacement administrator ID is free and does not use an additional administrator ID unit.

The expiration date of the new administrator ID is the same as the original administrator ID. We revoke the old administrator ID after replacement.

Use the appropriate method below to replace your administrator ID.
