Scenario

When creating a new certificate profile based on a Secure Email Gateway template, you may encounter the following error: 

Solution

Please contact DigiCert PKI Support to assist with the addition of the needed authenticated domain that will be used by the Secure Email Gateway certificate profile.

Note: This error occurs even if the domain in question is already listed on the Manage Domains page of your PKI Manager account.
