Sensor stops responding mid scan.

Cause

It is usually because the network connection to the sensor has been interrupted or the sensor needs to be updated to the latest version.

Solution

• Check if network connection to the sensor has not been interrupted.
• Restart sensor.
• Update sensor to the latest version.
