If you have ordered a Code Signing or Document Signing certificate and selected “DigiCert-provided hardware token” as the provisioning method, DigiCert will ship a hardware token to the shipping address specified during enrollment.

How to track the Token Shipment

Your hardware token will be shipped once your certificate has been issued. Please follow these steps to track the shipment:

1. Log in to CertCentral.
2. Click on Certificates.
3. Click on Orders.
4. Under Order, click on the order number pertaining to your query.
5. Click on the Details tab.
6. Under “What do you need to do?”, in step 1, click on Track shipment.
